PERSONALISED CACAO ORCHARD ESTABLISHMENT CLASS
Aimed at anyone looking to begin growing cacao or regenerate existing cacao plantations.
This class gives you the opportunity to dive deep into everything from starting a cacao nursery through to post harvest practices such as fermentation and drying. Taught within the context of cacao as the main ingredient in chocolate, with the goal of demonstrating how farming and post harvest practices impact directly on cacao quality and chocolate flavour.

Includes two mornings of structured classes with opportunities for informal discussions in the afternoons and evenings.
